Miriam Hacker has over 30 years of experience in the treatment of serious health diseases, with a doctorate in acupuncture validated by The Open International University for Complementary Medicine in Sri Lanka, Colombo (1885-1991); with a doctorate in Natural Medicine in Frankfurt, Germany 1993. Nominated to the award Justus von Liebig Preis 2009 in Ausgburg, Germany. She was officially invited by Mamazones as one exponent in the German Scientific Breast Cancer Congress āLe Mamma Projektā, in Germany 2010.
Through her career, she got several diplomas As a Homeopathic, Reikist, phytotherapist, feet reflexologist, and chiropractor among others all around the world. As part of her training she has studied the use of traditional Australian, Asian, European, and Amazonian Medicinal Plants.
In Australia, she ran her own clinic twice in two different cities; the first one in The Gold Cost and the second in Perth; each one for about three years. In her private clinic in Frankfurt, Germany; she did humanitarian work helping shelters and Children Orphanages from Yugoslavia providing healthcare and supplements for free. Some of her humanitarian work was done in Tunisia, Monastir and Morocco in Africa.
When she moved to Iquitos, she build up her own clinic after she healed herself of colon cancer. She realized humanitarian work in her private clinic at the Regional Hospital of Loreto, treating patients with serious health disorders as cancer, diabetes, leprosy, strokes, among others.
For her investigations and discovers in Amazonian medicinal plants, she gained the recognition of āInstituto de Investigaciones de la AmazonĆa Peruanaā, IIAP (Iquitos, Peru). She was hired by FECONACO organization to teach the use of Traditional Magical and Medicinal Plants of the Amazonā to the native tribes (as yagua, achuar, urarina, amog others) working together with the āUniversidad Nacional de la AmazonĆa Peruanaā (UNAP).
In January 2008, she was interviewed by the section chronicles of the Peruvian national newspaper āEl Comercioā, being introduced as The Amazonian Wisdom Disciple.
